Blue Jay & Wildflowers

I found this old wagon on a roadside ditch and I decided I needed to use it in a painting. It really had the wildflowers growing around it, so, I decided it needed a spark of blue. What I didn't know at the time is how strongly people disliked this particular bird! It is one of my best close studies, but the print didn't sell very well because of the blue jay's reputation.
